Education

• Successfully completed university degree in the field of computer science or comparable training or corresponding verifiable, several years of professional experience

Qualifications

• In-depth expert knowledge of current IT infrastructure technologies, especially in the area of container-based applications
• Excellent technological know-how in the context of high-performance, high-traffic microservices and the handling of very large amounts of data
• Proven expertise in the concepts and instruments of IT management processes, certification in IT service management (ITIL) desired
• Confident use of the Atlassian tool collection (including Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence)
• High commitment, independent way of working and strong service orientation, very high quality and safety awareness, ability to work in a team, customer orientation
• Analytical, structured and prudent way of working as well as strength in analysis and conception, goal and solution orientation in implementation
• High willingness to work, learn and take responsibility in a complex environment
• Temporary deployment outside of normal office working hours to carry out maintenance work, on-call duty and rollouts
• Very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written
