- You are familiar with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem) as well as ticket and knowledge management, and you document in a structured manner.
- You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are ready for shift work (early/late/night, including weekends and public holidays).
Experience
- You have experience in IT operations or support - ideally in NOC/Control Room, Data Center, or Cloud Operations, and preferably also in shift environments.
