Our expectations of you

Education

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Qualifications

• You possess solid knowledge in planning, executing, and analyzing tests at various testing levels.
• You are confident in defect management, test documentation, as well as release and approval processes.
• You are familiar with common testing methods such as Black-Box Testing, exploratory testing, risk-based testing, regression testing, as well as integration and system testing.
• You impress with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a good sense of risks and priorities.
• You have very good German skills and good English skills.

Experience

• You have several years of experience in software testing, test management, or a comparable quality assurance role.
• You have experience in coordinating test activities with various stakeholders.
• You have experience with agile working methods, particularly with Scrum.
• Experience with test management in Jira and Xray is desirable, ideally in conjunction with Jama for requirements management.
• Experience in the application of the V-Model XT or V-Model XT Federal is also desirable.
• Ideally, you have knowledge or practical experience in the environment of AQAP 2110, AQAP 2210, and AQAP 2105.
• You are interested in modern methods and ideally have some initial experience with AI tools in testing and quality assurance environments.
