Education

• You have completed a university degree (Computer Science or comparable) in your pocket.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced full-stack developer with a strong all-rounder profile.
• You work in a structured, self-organized manner with a high quality standard — and at the same time, you know how to make pragmatic progress.
• In the frontend, we use Vue.js and TypeScript.
• In the backend, you have extensive practical experience with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• REST-based architectures, clean API interfaces, and a solid understanding of data models and performance are second nature to you.
• We operate parts of our cloud services in Azure.
• Quality assurance is an integral part of your work: test-driven development, component, integration, and end-to-end testing are good and practiced habits for you.
• You prefer to have boilerplate code handled by AI, e.g., GitHub Copilot or Claude Code - with a clear focus on code quality, maintainability, and responsibility.
• You communicate openly and empathetically, provide constructive advice, and actively seek help when things get difficult.
• Standing still is not for you.
• You're eager for something new — in technologies, professional domains, and ways of thinking.
• Since we work closely in a team and directly with our clients, you communicate confidently and fluently in German and English.
• You live near Bochum or are ready to relocate, as being present at our office at least 3 days a week is essential for our collaboration.
• You navigate the entire stack confidently and bring a deep analytical mindset.
• RESTful APIs, relational databases, and common design patterns are your daily tools.
• Your clear focus is on future-proof software architecture.
• Clean Code is not just a buzzword for you, but a way of life.
• Code audits and refactorings are a natural part of your workflow.
• You know exactly how to build scalable systems.

Experience

• You bring extensive experience with modern SPA frameworks – comparable practical experience with React or Angular is equally relevant.
• Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and understand cloud infrastructure in general.
• You have at least 4 years of genuine professional experience in software development.
• You have experience with the architectures of SaaS solutions and mobile applications, ideally in the CNCF context (Cloud Native Computing Foundation).
