Job Summary
In this role, you will support production IT systems, maintaining and optimizing MES and JIS/JIT systems to ensure high system availability and minimize production downtime.
Job Technologies
Your role in the team
- Join Lear's Bremen plant (approx. 1,000 employees) and support production-critical IT systems for a leading global automotive supplier.
- Support and troubleshoot MES, JIS/JIT, and shop floor systems.
- Maintain and optimize production and logistics applications.
- Ensure high system availability and minimize production downtime.
- Support integration of new production equipment and process changes.
- Provide IT support for a manufacturing plant operating in a 3-shift production environment.
Our expectations of you
Education
- IT qualification or degree in Computer Science.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2).
- C# and ASP.NET knowledge is advantageous.
- Understanding of production, logistics, and ERP processes.
- Fluent German and good English.
Experience
- Experience with production-critical IT systems.
