Our expectations of you

Education

• Since you frequently communicate with clients and colleagues in your daily training, excellent German skills are a given for you.
• You have completed at least secondary education - even if you have already started or discontinued university studies, you are welcome with us.
• Initial experience in IT, whether through internships or self-study, is advantageous and demonstrates your passion for this field.
• Prerequisite for the training is that you have a permanent residence in Germany or hold a valid residence permit that allows you to complete the training on-site.

Qualifications

• You will be trained in handling modern technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory, and will learn to provide competent advice to our customers on-site as well as over the phone.
• Your organized and structured way of working helps you to stay overview even in dynamic situations and act effectively.
• You are confident in using Word, Excel, and ideally Outlook.
• You are passionate about IT and look forward to tackling exciting challenges as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
• In addition to very good German skills, you impress with your ability to communicate clearly and friendly - whether within the team or in direct customer contact.
• You enjoy working in a small, close-knit team but also take on responsibilities independently and develop your own solutions.
• Whether it's working on customized ticketing systems, installing hardware, or assembling computers – every task is a welcome challenge for you.
• Ideally, you already have a driver's license, which gives you additional flexibility for on-site assignments.
