- Sie führen und entwickeln das Team IT-Support & Clientmanagement kontinuierlich weiter.
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team gestalten Sie moderne und zukunftsfähige digitale Arbeitsplätze.
- Sie verantworten den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der Client- und Supportumgebung.
- Mit Blick auf Effizienz und Qualität treiben Sie die Standardisierung und Automatisierung von IT-Services voran.
- Als Projektverantwortliche/-r steuern Sie die Einführung neuer Technologien und Lösungen.
- Durch geeignete Maßnahmen stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern entwickeln Sie die IT-Services bedarfsgerecht weiter.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Windows-Systemlandschaft und Microsoft-365-Anwendungen.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Softwareverteilung, Betriebssystem-Deployment und Gruppenrichtlinien.
- Kenntnisse moderner Endpoint-Security-Lösungen und Mobile Device Management.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support, Clientmanagement oder Workplace Services.
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Erfahrung im Patchmanagement sowie in der Verwaltung von Windows-Clients.
