Experience
- You have several years of experience in the technical support of business applications in SaaS and/or MSP environments, from implementation/transition to operations.
- You have experience with integration topics (APIs, interfaces, data flows) as well as with operational fundamentals such as monitoring/alerting and traceable logging.
- You implement security and compliance requirements pragmatically, ideally with experience in regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, GoBD).
