Your role in the team
- At Steadforce, we build platforms that development teams can rely on. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you design Internal Developer Platforms and streaming infrastructures for enterprise clients and lead them from the initial concept through to production.

Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native control planes (Terraform, Crossplane and/or kro).
- Knowledge of event streaming, especially Apache Kafka.
- Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- You think in abstractions and connections, and explain technology in a way that non-technical people can understand.
- You’re curious, enjoy trying new things hands-on, and quickly adapt to changing topics and roles.
- You enjoy representing the company in front of customers, in workshops and meetings, and at conferences.
Experience
- Several years of experience in Platform Engineering or Kubernetes environments, with 8+ years of experience in IT overall.
- In-depth Kubernetes expertise (on-premises and cloud), Helm, and GitOps; experience operating multiple clusters.
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines) and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
