Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of firewall administration and network security.
- Confident use of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ideally Azure.
- Knowledge of network configuration (LAN/WLAN, VPN, routing and switching).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer-specific applications.
- A high level of willingness to document, strong service and customer orientation.
- Class B driver’s license (mandatory) for on-site assignments at the customer’s premises.
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level (CEFR).
Experience
- Professional experience in technical IT support / as an IT technician [m/f/d], ideally in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Practical experience with DATEV products and their operation in accounting firm or corporate environments.
- Desirable: Experience with virtualization, e.g. using Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V.
