In this role, you provide support to users with IT issues in the Microsoft client environment, perform hardware repairs, and manage installations while assisting with IT projects.

Your role in the team
- 1st Level Support im Microsoft-Client-Umfeld sowie Betreuung der Anwender in IT-relevanten Fragestellungen telefonisch, Remote sowie vor Ort.
- Fehleranalyse und Durchführung von Hardware-Reparaturen an IT-Systemen.
- Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Mitarbeiter rund um die IT.
- Installation, Basiskonfiguration und Funktionstests von Hard-/Software und angeschlossener Peripherie.
- Auf- und Abbau im Rahmen der IT-Infrastruktur.
- Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Systemtechniker/in, Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder ähnliche Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gute Kenntnisse im Windows Client Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office und gängiger Anwendersoftware.
- Hardwarekenntnisse und Qualifikation der gängigen Standardhersteller (Fujitsu / Lenovo) von Vorteil.
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse wären wünschenswert.
Experience
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Lösung von IT-Störmeldungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich / Anwendersupport.
