Your role in the team
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Kolleg:innen aus Zentrale und Stores und übernimmst auch die tieferen 2nd-Level-Fälle: analysieren, Ursachen finden, nachhaltig lösen.
- Du administrierst unsere Microsoft-365-Welt mit Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams und SharePoint.
- Du richtest Windows-, macOS- und iOS-Geräte ein, verwaltest und betreust sie.
- Bei Störungen behältst du den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und treibst die Lösung voran.
- Du arbeitest in IT-Projekten mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein, damit Prozesse und Tools besser werden.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gutes Know-how in M365, Active Directory, Windows und macOS.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran, Dinge wirklich zu verstehen.
- Einen Servicegedanken mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an, statt weiterzuleiten.
Experience
- Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise schon über das 1st Level hinaus.
