In this role, you will plan, install, and maintain PCs and network systems. You will analyze system failures, assist with application issues, implement new IT systems, and create scripts for IT administration.

Your role in the team
- Du planst, installierst, wartest und administrierst PCs, Netzwerkkomponenten, Server und Telekommunikationssystemen.
- Als Teil des IT-Supports betreust Du unsere internen IT-Kunden bei der Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen.
- Bei Anwendungsproblemen berätst und unterstützt Du die Anwender.
- Du bist bei der Einführung von neuen IT-Systemen dabei.
- Du wartest und installierst die technische Infrastruktur des ADAC.
- Abrundend erstellst du Skripte für die Administration von IT-Infrastruktur und Softwarelösungen.

Qualifications
- Du hast ein Abitur, die fachgebundene Hochschulreife oder eine sehr gute Mittlere Reife.
- Du berätst Deine Eltern rund um PC, Handy & Co.
- Serien schaust Du auf Englisch und hast daher gute Kenntnisse.
- Das Lernen von Neuem macht Dir Spaß.
- Du bist systematisch strukturiert, planst gerne im Voraus und erstellst To-do-Listen.
- Das Arbeiten mit vielen Menschen macht Dir Spaß, Du bist offen und empathisch gegenüber Anderen.
- Mit Programmiersprachen kennst Du Dich aus und wendest sie bereits an.
- Computer/IT ist Dein Hobby. Begriffe wie Python, Windows11, MacOS, Android und Ubuntu Linux sind keine Namen von fernen Galaxien oder Reptilien.
