In this role, you will get to know various IT systems, develop software solutions, document quality assurance measures, adapt system solutions, and handle technical support cases within a dynamic development team.
Your role in the team
- Kennenlernen unserer verschiedenen IT-Systeme
- Aufnahme und Formulierung von Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung
- Entwicklung und Erstellung von Softwarelösungen
- Dokumentation qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
- Installation und Konfiguration von Netzwerken und IT-Systemen
- Beurteilung und Anpassung marktgängiger IT-Systeme und Softwarelösungen
- Mitarbeit im gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Anforderungsdefinition bis zur Umsetzung
- Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Plattformen und Schnittstellen
- Installation und Einrichtung eigener Software sowie von Drittanbieter-Software
- Bearbeitung von Support-Fällen und technischen Aufträgen im Ticket-System Überwachung von Plattformen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern

Education
- (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder vergleichbarer Abschluss vorhanden oder angestrebt
Qualifications
- Stark in Fächern wie Mathematik und Informatik sowie gutes kaufmännisches Wissen
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Gutes Englisch mündlich und schriftlich Du bist sorgfältig und gehst mit Begeisterung an herausfordernden Aufgabenstellungen heran
Experience
- Hohe IT-Affinität, eventuell erste Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen und Werkzeugen
