Your role in the team
- As an IT systems administrator, you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and further developing our customers’ IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
- You have a good general knowledge of IT and ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas: Mac, Linux, Windows, cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace), VoIP, networking.
- You find it easy to communicate with customers and enjoy doing so, even when things get a little tricky.
- You have very good German skills and basic written and spoken English skills.
- You enjoy finding solutions to a variety of challenges and working as part of a team.
Experience
- You have already gained professional experience as an IT administrator.
- You have some initial experience working with ticketing systems.
- With your broad IT knowledge and experience, you can competently solve customer problems.
