Qualifications
- You have a good general knowledge of IT and ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas: Mac, Linux, Windows, cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace), VoIP, and networking.
- You’re familiar with a range of solutions from the GitHub community that make Mac management effective for businesses.
- Munki and other relevant solutions in the Apple enterprise environment are familiar to you.
- You find it easy to communicate with customers and enjoy presenting your solutions.
- You promptly log your time spent on projects and tickets in our PSA software, and submitting your digital timesheet is just as much a part of a successful day for you as committing a code change to the Git repository.
- You have very good German skills and basic written and spoken English skills.
- You enjoy finding solutions to a variety of challenges and working as part of a team.
Experience
- You have experience working with ticketing systems.
- With your in-depth knowledge of Mac systems and your experience, you can competently resolve customer issues and successfully deliver projects.
