Your role in the team
- As a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical design of modern enterprise solutions.

- Ensuring compliance with architecture principles, best practices, and standards.
- Close collaboration with project and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation.
- Support for pre-sales activities including presentations, conceptualization, effort estimations, and decision documentation.
- Consulting clients on roadmaps, release strategies, and platform governance.

Qualifications
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, understanding business and strategic requirements, and developing high-quality, tailored solutions.
- Very good knowledge in at least one of the Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing), the Power Platform, especially Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Excellent analytical skills to develop solutions for complex problems.
- Understanding of data modeling, security concepts, and enterprise architectures.
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills.
- Moderate willingness to travel.
- Proficient handling of ALM processes and deployment pipelines.
- Certifications such as PL 600 or comparable credentials are an advantage.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting and technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Extensive experience in integrating external systems.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Azure AI.
