In this apprenticeship, you will plan IT systems, configure networks, and handle troubleshooting and maintenance of systems while implementing projects and conducting user training.
Your role in the team
- Planung, Installation und Administration von IT-Systemen
- Konfiguration von Netzwerken
- Wartung und Pflege der Systeme im laufenden Betrieb
- Fehlersuche und -behebung bei auftretenden Störungen
- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
- IT-Support für unsere Kollegen*innen und externen Anwendern Planung von IT-Systemen und Umsetzung in Projekten

- Schulabschluss mittlerer Reife oder vergleichbares
Qualifications
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie ein starkes Interesse für technische Abläufe
- Gutes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Organisationsgeschick
- Lust auf Teamarbeit und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Sorgfalt und Eigenständigkeit für herausfordernde Aufgabenstellungen Gutes Englisch mündlich und schriftlich
