- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Tech, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to build robust, scalable tools that drive consistent global execution.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee experiences, reduce manual effort and unlock new ways of working.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Python, SQL and working with APIs, integrations and data workflows.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize based on business needs and work across multiple initiatives in a cross-functional, global, and multicultural team.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Systems, HR Technology, Total Rewards or a similar technical role.
- Experience building automation, reporting or analytics solutions in a complex environment.
