In this role, you will manage the entire IT infrastructure at the school, develop solutions, conduct troubleshooting analyses, and collaborate on IT projects with staff and students.

- Betreuung und Verwaltung unserer gesamten IT-Ausstattung (Netzwerk, Server, Clients).
- Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Lösungen im IT-Umfeld.
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter*innen in IT-Fragen zu Soft- und Hardware.
- Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Schüler*innen und Pädagog*innen an verschiedenen Projekten.

Education
- Ausbildung zur/zum Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Idealerweise Organisationsgeschick mit Gestaltungswillen für die IT Umgebung und Prozesse.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Windows Arbeitsplatz- (PCs, Notebooks, Tablet-PCs, Drucker etc.) und Serversystemen (Win 2019 und 2022, Active Directory, Virtualisierung auf Basis von HYPER-V o.ä.).
- Praktische Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting von Windows Betriebssystemen.
- Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse der Verwaltung und Konfiguration der Business-Umgebung Microsoft Office 365 und Azure.
- Gerne grundlegendes Know-how in der Netzwerktechnik (WAN, VLAN, VPN, etc.).
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch.
- Überzeugter Teamplayer.
