- You code confidently in Python and SQL and use Git, automated tests, and proven development practices to build reproducible and maintainable data science solutions.
- You have led complex initiatives from a subject-matter or technical perspective, provide well-founded feedback, and can bring colleagues on board with shared methods, quality standards, and approaches to solving problems.
- You combine analytical depth with an understanding of business value, communicate concisely and effectively with different audiences, and have excellent German and English skills.
Experience
- You have several years of experience in data science and have successfully guided sophisticated machine learning solutions from the business problem through to production.
- You have hands-on experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS, as well as deploying and monitoring production ML services and the MLOps processes required for them.
