Education
- Completed degree, complemented by relevant professional experience in (partial) project management of medium-sized or larger projects in the IT sector
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business, regulatory, and organizational contexts—particularly in the public sector and/or banking environment
- In-depth technical knowledge of SAP migrations, cloud transformations, or other IT migrations
- Ability to coordinate the interests of diverse stakeholders and ensure a sustainable consensus at all relevant decision-making levels
- Strong communication skills, excellent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, an eye for detail, initiative, a structured approach, and a clear customer focus
- An open, positive, and confident manner, combined with the ability to build trusting customer relationships, as well as team spirit, flexibility, resilience, willingness to travel within Germany, and enthusiasm for professional development and personal interaction
Experience
- Experience with and confident application of traditional and agile project management methods
- Ideally, current project management certifications (PRINCE2, IPMA/GPM, PMI, Scrum, Kanban) and experience with common tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, OpenProject)
