Experience
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Master in software development teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and confidence in client interactions.
- Experience in project management, presales, or customer consulting in the IT sector.
- An understanding of business relationships, IT contracts, and service delineation, as well as experience with Jira, Tempo, and SAP, is a plus but not required.
