Our expectations of you
Education
- Degree in business informatics, finance, human resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with financial close- or payroll-critical operational processes in a controlled corporate environment.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of Record-to-Report and related finance processes; knowledge of Hire-to-Retire, payroll, or time management is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of SOX controls, audit evidence, access governance, segregation of duties, and handling sensitive data.
- High accuracy, discretion, a service-oriented approach, and confident communication with Finance and HR stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Experience
- Several years of experience in functional SAP support or consulting in the FI/CO area.
- Additional experience with SAP HCM or HR system integration is an advantage.
- Practical experience with customization, incident analysis, coordination, functional specifications, testing, and release support.
