- Strong awareness of code quality, architecture, and technical ownership.

Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, as well as experience working with complex system landscapes or under demanding quality and performance requirements.
- Experience with container technologies and cloud environments (Docker, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architectures and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring.
- Extensive experience working with modern AI tools and systems, particularly Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw, and the ability to use them strategically to improve efficiency, automate processes, and provide support.
