Experience
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in IT service management in accordance with ITIL standards, ideally demonstrated by an ITIL Foundation certification.
- Several years of experience in administering, modeling, migrating, and further developing complex database systems, as well as solid knowledge of Oracle, SQL, version control, and schema management.
- Proven practical experience in technical project management, managing IT subprojects, and delivering database migrations on time and to the required quality through to go-live; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum are desirable.
