In this role, you install and maintain connectivity solutions for medical systems, plan and implement custom IT solutions, and assist customers in 24/7 support while developing processes to improve remote connectivity.

- Installation und Wartung von Connectivity-Lösungen
- Sichere Anbindung medizinischer Systeme an Remote-Service-Plattformen
- Bereitstellung von IT-Lösungen zur Integration medizinischer Systeme im Krankenhaus
- Planung, Test und Implementierung kundenspezifischer IT-Lösungen
- Beratung und Schulung interner und externer Kunden
- Mitarbeit im telefonischen 24/7-Support, inkl. Rufbereitschaft und Schichtbetrieb
- Verbesserung von Support-Prozessen und Remote-Connectivity-Lösungen
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker
Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Systemen, Netzwerken, Firewall und Security
- Kenntnisse in Datenschutz, Protokollanalyse und Troubleshooting
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtmodell
- Kundenorientiert, teamfähig und kommunikativ
Experience
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
- Erfahrung mit Firewall-Systemen und VPN-Technologien
- Erfahrung im Remote-Kundensupport und idealerweise nach ITIL
