Your role in the team
- You independently shape the entire design cycle in close collaboration with the Product Design Lead and Product Owners - from the initial idea through user research, conceptualization (user flows, wireframes, prototypes) to the final UI design and handover to development.

- In-depth knowledge of User Research, User Centered Design, Interaction Design, and Usability Principles (including Accessibility)
- Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google's Material Design
- Proactive team player who actively contributes, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has an analytical mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience
- Proficient in common design and project management tools (Figma, Jira, Confluence), with experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target as a plus.
- Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum)
- Experience in the financial services, banking, or FinTech sector is advantageous.
