- Sie sind der erste Kundenkontakt am Telefon oder per E-Mail. Mit Ihrer Servicequalität und Zuverlässigkeit begeistern Sie unsere Kunden.
- Serienbriefe, Dokumentenvorlagen und Excel Tabellen zaubern Sie im Handumdrehen. Sie unterstützen damit Ihre Kollegen im Support und Onboarding.
- Sie planen Termine, organisieren online und offline Meetings, damit unsere Kunden und Ihre coveto Kollegen optimale Ergebnisse erzielen.

- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und lieben die Arbeit am PC.
- Bei komplexen Aufgaben sind Sie fokussiert, strukturiert und sorgfältig.
- Sie bringen hohes Engagement und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gutes Kommunikationsgeschick, sowohl im persönlichen als auch im schriftlichen Kundenkontakt.
