Your responsibilities

• You are an integral part of our service team, supporting clients from various industries with everyday as well as complex IT issues.
• Together with colleagues, you plan, implement, and manage modern IT infrastructures - from initial installation to ongoing operation.
• They take care of cloud solutions, networks and firewalls, servers, as well as applications in the Microsoft environment.
• VoIP telephone solutions are also part of your responsibilities.
• In case of disruptions or outages, you take responsibility, analyze causes, and ensure quick, sustainable solutions.
• On-site at the customer's location, you assist with everything—from clean cabling to complex server landscapes.
• Additionally, you actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our internal systems and processes.
