Our expectations of you

Education

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or similar.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of generative AI models, including but not limited to Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformer-based models for text and image generation.
• Knowledge of handling large data sets and training resource-intensive models, including optimization techniques to increase efficiency.
• Creativity and innovative ability in identifying and implementing new use cases for generative AI in various industries and areas.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

Experience

• Several years of experience with data analytics or machine learning projects, ideally in the public sector
• Hands-on experience with specialized tools and frameworks for generative AI, such as OpenAI's GPT series, Google's BERT and T5, or specialized libraries such as PyTorch Lightning or FastAI for generative deep learning.
• Experience in applying generative AI models in real-world scenarios, e.g. for content production, data enrichment, anomaly detection or simulation and prediction of scenarios.
• Practical experience in machine learning, e.g. B. in the areas of natural language processing, deep learning, Bayesian methods, logic-based machine learning or kernel methods with applications in the analysis of structured and unstructured data
• Extensive experience with SQL, Python, R and other relevant ML libraries, ideally also experience with TensorFlow, Keras, NLTK, Torch, Spark, Hadoop, Java EE, Kafka or splunk
