Your role in the team

Education
- A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and their integration with FI-AR, MM, LE, Service, and external applications.
- Knowledge of pricing, output control, EDI/IDoc processing, customer master data, and invoicing.
- Strong process-oriented thinking, a service mindset, and the ability to coordinate across business functions.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience
- Several years of experience in SAP functional support or consulting, with SAP SD and commercial end-to-end processes.
- Practical experience with SAP customizing, incident analysis, functional specifications, testing, and release support.
- Experience with ITIL-based operations, SOX controls, audit evidence, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
