Education

- You have in-depth knowledge of current technologies and frameworks (including Java EE, Spring, Angular, REST).
- You use LLMs intentionally - e.g., for code generation, refactoring, test generation, documentation, and code reviews.
- You understand and effectively utilize Agentic coding patterns.
- You critically evaluate AI-generated code with regard to correctness, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and architectural fit.
- You create and maintain AI configuration files to project-specifically control coding agents.
- You continuously evaluate new AI tools and models and establish their meaningful use within the team.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, enjoyment of direct interaction, and a high degree of flexibility.
- You enjoy discovering new things, sharing your expertise, and contributing where it is needed.
- You have very good German and English skills.
Experience
