In this role, you independently plan and manage digital marketing projects, coordinate internal and external resources, and continuously optimize project processes and SEO measures.

Your role in the team
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle komplexer Digital Marketing Projekte.
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten und budgetkonformen Projektumsetzung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Partner-Agenturen des medictum-Netzwerks (Beratung, Konzeption, Kreation, Entwicklung, Media).
- Koordination von internen und externen Ressourcen.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an Kunden und interne Stakeholder.
- Koordination und Überwachung von SEO-Maßnahmen (On-Page, Off-Page, technisches SEO).
- Steuerung von Social Media Advertising Kampagnen (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Erstellung von Performance Reports und KPI-Analysen, inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Identifikation von Projektrisiken und Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Meilensteinplänen und Projektdokumentationen.
- Durchführung von Kick-off Meetings, Status-Meetings und Projektabschlussbesprechungen.
- Kundenberatung bei der Umsetzung digitaler Marketingstrategien.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Projektprozessen.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Solide Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (Wasserfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Fundiertes Verständnis digitaler Marketing-Disziplinen (SEA, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing).
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
- Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit auch in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen.
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einer Digitalagentur.
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
