- As an IT Service & Resource Coordinator (m/f/d), you manage the organizational, commercial, and administrative processes related to our IT resources and services.
- You work at the interface between IT, internal departments, and external service providers.

- This will ease the workload of our technical IT colleagues while also laying the foundation for the future pillar of “IT Service Management & Administration”.
- You manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services—from clarifying requirements and obtaining quotes to placing orders and ensuring delivery.
- You compare offers, prepare decision-making materials, and coordinate closely with IT, business departments, and service providers.
- You keep track of IT contracts, notice periods, renewals, and agreed services.
- You manage license management and ensure transparency regarding inventory, usage, contract terms, and requirements.
- You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our asset and inventory management.
- You structure and organize the IT inventory and ensure transparent processes for issuing, returning, and checking in equipment.
- You support resource and capacity planning and coordinate the timely provision of the necessary equipment.
- You contribute to IT budget planning, ongoing budget tracking, and forecasting.
- You review incoming IT invoices, assign them to the correct contracts, purchase orders, and cost centers, and resolve discrepancies.
- You coordinate external IT service providers, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure reliable communication.
- You support onboarding and offboarding processes, particularly with planning, provisioning, and reclaiming IT equipment and licenses.
- You maintain documentation and further develop administrative IT workflows into clear, consistent processes.
- You create and maintain clear overviews of costs, contracts, licenses, assets, procurement, and outstanding items.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical standards together with the relevant departments.
