Your role in the team

- You have a solid understanding of common IT topics (e.g., Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365) and enjoy troubleshooting.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy helping people, and you can explain IT topics to colleagues without a technical background.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner and know how to keep track of multiple tasks.
- You like analyzing and optimizing processes with a focus on AI-based automation.
- You're proactive and can work independently, while also feeling comfortable asking the team for support.
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
