In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries, managing Microsoft 365, controlling Windows and Mac devices, working with security tools, and further developing processes and automation.

Your role in the team
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Themen unserer rund 100 Kolleg:innen.
- Du betreust den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und verwaltest unsere Microsoft-365-Umgebung, unsere Windows- und Mac-Geräte und unsere SaaS-Tools.
- Du baust unsere IT-Prozesse aktiv mit auf und kannst Dich bei Interesse in Richtung DevOps weiterentwickeln.
- IT-Support verantworten: Du löst Tickets im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support vor Ort, per Remote-Session und über Jira Service Management.
- Microsoft 365 und Identity managen: Du verwaltest Benutzer, Lizenzen, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint.
- In Entra ID kümmerst Du Dich um MFA, Conditional Access und privilegierte Rollen.
- Geräte steuern: Du verwaltest unsere Windows- und macOS-Geräte mit Intune: Enrollment, Konfigurationsprofile, Compliance-Richtlinien sowie App- und Update-Verteilung.
- Security sicherstellen: Du arbeitest mit Microsoft Defender und Purview.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Engineering Lead reagierst Du auf Phishing-Meldungen und Sicherheitsvorfälle.
- Tools und Prozesse betreuen: Du übernimmst den IT-Teil von On- und Offboardings, verwaltest Aircall, Langdock und die Atlassian-Tools und dokumentierst Lösungen in Confluence.
- Automatisieren und weiterentwickeln: Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit PowerShell oder der Microsoft Graph API.
- Wenn Du möchtest, unterstützt Du mit Einarbeitung auch unser Engineering-Team bei DevOps-Themen wie Container, Monitoring und CI/CD.

Education
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, ein IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Du kennst Entra ID und Intune gut und arbeitest sicher mit Windows und macOS im Unternehmensumfeld.
- DNS, DHCP, VPN und WLAN sind Dir vertraut, und MFA, Least Privilege und Phishing-Abwehr sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du erklärst Technik verständlich und bleibst auch bei vielen Anfragen freundlich und strukturiert.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Experience
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Systemadministration mit und hast Systeme selbst aufgesetzt und verantwortet.
- Ein Plus: Erfahrung mit Scripting, Docker, Defender oder Purview, Microsoft-Zertifizierungen oder ISO-27001-Umgebungen.
