Your role in the team
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme - inklusive Installation, Update und Inbetriebnahme der eingesetzten Hard- und Software.
- Strukturierte Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen an Hard- und Softwarekomponenten.
- Anwendersupport (First- und Second-Level) sowie lösungsorientierte Unterstützung bei IT-Anfragen.
- Gewährleistung von Backup und IT-Sicherheit.
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen.
- Durchführung von Schulungen.
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, vorzugsweise als Fachinformatiker - Systemintegration (m/w/d).
Qualifications
- Vertrauter Umgang mit Windows-Servern und Virtualisierung.
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk und IT-Security sind von Vorteil.
- Zielorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
Experience
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung in der Administration im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows-Clients, MS365).
