Qualifications
- Writing data access code using .NET (EF or a comparable ORM, LINQ, plain T-SQL).
- Basic understanding of web application development and web/application servers (e.g., IIS, Kestrel).
- CI/CD practices, build management tools (MSBuild).
- API development (ASP.NET Core Web APIs, OData).
- Basic understanding of software development best practices (e.g., Git-based code repositories, clean code, DevOps, quality assurance measures, solution documentation, OOD principles, modular software development practices (DI & IoC), and TDD).
- Understanding of Azure Cloud Architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Experience
- Experience working with the following combination of programming languages (C#, JS, TS, T-SQL).
- Experience with .NET & .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Entity Framework, RESTful services.
- Experience with the client-side web application frameworks React and/or Angular.
- Understanding of databases as well as experience in developing data layer software based on SQL Server or a comparable DBMS.
- Experience with dependency management tools (NuGet).
- Experience with messaging queues: RabbitMQ, MSMQ, etc.
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development using the Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Framework 4+, .NET Core, .NET Standard).
