Your role in the team
- Die globale Citrix-Umgebung mit Virtual Apps and Desktops, Provisioning Services und StoreFront/Workspace zentral und dezentral organisieren und im Betrieb verantworten.
- Eine neue Citrix-Farm von der Architektur über die Implementierung bis zur Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb aufbauen.
- Störungen im 2nd Level analysieren, nachhaltig beheben und Ursachen sowie Maßnahmen nachvollziehbar dokumentieren.
- Plattform-Services für Desktop- und App-Bereitstellung, Golden Images, Ressourcen, Lastverteilung, Hochverfügbarkeit und Lifecycle planen, umsetzen und standardisieren.
- Konzepte mit Fachteams erarbeiten, Technologien bewerten und einführen sowie Wissen im Team durch Reviews, Best Practices und Coaching stärken.

Qualifications
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Desktop- und App-Sessions, einschließlich Logon-Prozess, Profilmanagement, Performance und Fehleranalyse.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft von 2 bis 6 Wochen im Jahr.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in SMB- oder Enterprise-Umgebungen sowie Praxis mit Citrix Provisioning Services, Image-Management, VDisk-Updates, Target Devices und Troubleshooting.
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Storage und Netzwerken im Citrix-Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien.
- Erfahrung in der Lifecycle- und Upgrade-Planung, einschließlich Citrix-Versionen, Windows-Updates, Kompatibilitäten und Change-Management.
