- Microsoft 365 Administration - Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams
- Customer support across all channels – phone, tickets, email, and in person
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Network and Firewall Administration
- Client rollouts, migrations, and projects
- Independent project work directly with the client
- Clear documentation in our ticketing system (HaloPSA)
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 isn’t just a buzzword to you—you know what it involves, or you’re eager to learn.
- You’ve got the fundamentals down: networking, firewalls, Active Directory, DNS—you understand why the cloud doesn’t work when the foundation is shaky.
- You read error messages before asking—and understand what they’re telling you.
- You read documentation from top to bottom and don’t blindly copy commands into the terminal.
- You spot open tickets and close them—without anyone having to tell you they’re there.
- You enjoy talking to customers and finding solutions instead of making excuses.
- You acquire knowledge independently—with docs, Google, labs, and trial and error.
- You’re curious and genuinely interested in IT—new topics don’t intimidate you; they excite you.
- Class B driving licence
- Fluent in German
- English is enough for technical documentation and error messages—no need to be Shakespeare.
Experience
- Experience in IT administration, at a systems integrator, or in an MSP environment
