In this role, you will install and configure clients, assist with hardware relocations, process support tickets, and troubleshoot issues in desktop, laptop, and printer systems, including remote support.

- Ticketbearbeitung (first- und Second-Level-Support vor Ort und remote)
- Garantie- und Standard Reparaturen im Desktop-, Notebook-, und Druckerbereich
- Software- und Hardware Störungsanalyse und Behebung
- Lösen von Service-Calls im Client Umfeld
- Patchen von Netzwerkdosen und Sicherstellung von Verbindungen
- Betreuung der Konferenzraumtechnik & Mediensysteme
Our expectations of you
Education
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des gängigen Betriebssystemes (Win11)
- Gute Hardwarekenntnisse im Desktop- und Notebook Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich LAN und WLAN
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Experience
- Erfahrung im IT-Support (Ticketbearbeitung etc.)
