Education
- You have completed a degree in Systems Engineering, engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
Qualifications
- You have already developed and implemented systems engineering processes, methods, or frameworks.
- You are familiar with relevant standards, particularly ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and INCOSE, and understand how systems engineering relates to operational project delivery.
- Ideally, you have experience with MBSE, requirements engineering, and/or Automotive SPICE.
- You think systemically while remaining focused on execution, translating strategic visions into concrete implementation steps.
- You present yourself confidently, facilitate discussions with ease, and bring diverse stakeholders together.
- You speak and write German and English very well.
Experience
- You have several years of experience in systems engineering, process development, engineering management, or a comparable role.
- You have experience in analyzing and designing project and business processes.
- Ideally, you have experience with transformation, organizational development, or change programs.
