Education

Qualifications
- Understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online training.

- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1).
Experience
- Several years of experience in data analysis or Data Science in a professional context: ability to clean data and perform exploratory analysis, visualize results clearly, and develop and evaluate simple models (tools including Python, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn); SQL skills and experience with AI tools are advantageous.
