Qualifications

• You bring extensive expertise in (technical) consulting, conception, and implementation of innovative data and analytics solutions, preferably in the areas of Customer, Marketing, and Sales; a broad network of relevant business contacts (ideally cross-industry) is advantageous.
• You have an in-depth understanding of business management contexts and control models.
• You enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation, are always motivated to learn something new, and take pleasure in diverse work.
• You are a strong communicator and convince with your team spirit, high reliability, as well as great commitment and confident demeanor.
• You possess excellent German and English skills and demonstrate flexibility as well as willingness to travel.

Experience

• You have several years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams, are highly communicative, and convince with a confident demeanor across all hierarchical levels.
• You demonstrate several years of practical project management experience related to digital, data-driven transformation in the industries of automotive, consumer products, insurance, or financial services.
• You possess expert knowledge in leveraging data to improve areas such as customer experience, loyalty, churn/retention, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value (CLV), for example through segmentation, personalization, intelligent recommendations, and/or in the field of customer data modeling, ETL, visualization solutions, advanced analytics, data science, machine learning models, AI, or GenAI.
