Education

• You have successfully completed a degree or training program related to IT or possess an equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• You possess very good knowledge in Flutter and Mobile UI development.
• You are proficient in mocking as well as unit, widget, and integration testing.
• You are very familiar with gRPC and modern microservice architectures.
• You are completely confident in Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• You are characterized by strong architecture and design skills as well as an analytical, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• You have fluent German skills in speaking and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
• You communicate effectively at all levels, assertive and capable of conflict resolution when it comes to the best technical solutions.
• You are a true team player and possess the mentoring skills necessary to professionally support other developers.
• You work with a high degree of independence and are always solution-oriented.
• You have good knowledge in the areas of Monitoring, Observability, and Incident Management.
• You understand end-to-end business processes - from the mobile app through backend services to SAP and enterprise integrations.

Experience

• You have several years of experience in development with Flutter/Dart and Go (Golang).
• You already have extensive experience with SAP integrations, Firestore, and DataDog.
• You already have experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
