Your role in the team
- Senior-level Shopify development: You build new Shopify themes from scratch (Liquid), maintain and extend existing themes, develop custom functionality and apps, and use the Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL) to create tailored solutions.
- Full-stack features end to end: From the frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to the backend (Node.js and/or PHP, APIs, integrations), you own features from conception through to go-live.

- Confident use of Git and clean, traceable development processes.
- Independent, structured approach to work and the ability to make and justify technical decisions.

Experience
- +2 years of experience in Shopify development (Liquid, theme development, Shopify APIs) — ideally current and continuous through to today.
- Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Solid backend skills (Node.js and/or PHP), experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Hotjar.
- Experience with CI/CD and performance optimization.
- Experience with other e-commerce or CMS platforms.
