    Es kommt sehr auf den Manager an. Ich hatte einen Vertrag als Open Source Linux Developer, durfte aber nicht zu Open Source beitragen. Ich sollte 2 Jahre warten bis ich zu Open Source beitragen darf. Alles sollte Red Hat only sein.
