- Supervision of the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation and architecture deliverables, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promoting close collaboration between network engineers, I&C, software, and cybersecurity teams to ensure robust and secure solutions that best meet business requirements.
- Supervision of engineering teams and promotion of continuous improvements through the encouragement of best practices in configuration management, standardization, automation, and modern networking technologies.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills in managing technical workflows as well as coordinating engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Familiarity with industrial protocols and IT/OT convergence, such as Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, OPC UA, and DSS.
- Ability to review and approve technical designs in compliance with best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented, with excellent time management, resilience, intercultural skills, and fluent English.
- German language skills are a plus, but not a must.
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in network design and implementation, ideally in utility companies, energy systems, or other critical infrastructures.
- In-depth expertise in network architectures, including segmentation, redundant topologies, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and experience with Fortinet solutions.
- Good knowledge and experience in applying German and EU cybersecurity frameworks to ensure compliance for critical energy infrastructures.
