Education

• What interests us: What are you truly capable of? Someone who has worked in practice for years and gained hands-on experience brings more to the table than any course completion. If you're curious, not afraid of responsibility, and eager to continuously develop yourself, we want to get to know you.
• We don't care about which certificates you have or where you studied. What interests us: what can you really do? Someone who has gained hands-on experience over the years, built pages, optimized layouts, and implemented designs for real users, brings more to the table than any course completion. • You don't need to have a degree or 10 years of professional experience. We want to find talented and cool new colleagues. Even if you only meet half of the points here – as long as you're willing to learn more, we look forward to getting to know you.

Qualifications

• You are not an implementer of others' ideas. You bring your own perspectives, make design decisions, and have a direct line to all teams and management — without lengthy approval processes.
• Small teams instead of open-plan offices
• You work in manageable teams where everyone knows each other and conversations happen quickly.
• We are looking for colleagues who think along. If you have an idea on how a process could be improved, a tool could be useful, or a workflow could be made smarter, then you will be heard.
• Every person brings a different story, and each case is unique. You don't process files mechanically, but support diverse mandates, make decisions, think along, and constantly learn.
• You are never alone
• Your team shows you the necessary workflows and is always there to support you with tricky cases or questions. You are never on your own or have to prove your skills.
• WordPress & Elementor
• Fundamentals in the Web Design Stack
• You have a good command of HTML5 and CSS3, also with SASS/LESS if possible.
• Sense for Design
• You have a keen sense of aesthetics, typography, spacing, and structure, combined with an understanding of how users think and navigate online.
• Confident in the use of design tools
• You use Figma (or comparable tools like Sketch or Adobe XD) to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. You work visually clear, structured, and enjoy collaborating.
• Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective
• You pay attention to every pixel, spacing, and micro-details, but still keep the overall user journey and the strategic goal of the site in mind.
• Routine in Responsive Design
• Desktop, Tablet, Mobile – for you, these are not extras but an integral part of every project. You can seamlessly coordinate layouts for different breakpoints.
• You have already worked with WordPress, Elementor, Figma, or HTML/CSS and feel comfortable in this world - or you want to grow exactly here.
• No formal prerequisites
• Simple communication
• You are communicative and open. We usually don't want to write generic things here, but this point is important. Good collaboration often outweighs pure know-how. A colleague with whom the cooperation is pleasant and smooth can be more valuable in everyday work than someone with more know-how but whose communication is rather sluggish.
• German or English
• You speak German or English, or preferably both (around B2 level). Don't worry, we don't need to see any language certificates.

Experience

• You have several years of practical experience with WordPress and Elementor and are familiar with the typical pitfalls from your own work.
• Experience in web design (whether one year or several)
